Lots of sweetness in this one. Well balanced coffee with a lot of heavy, syrupy body. Strong aromatics. When you open the bag you will smell the berry tones and sweetness right away. We roast this one to a city plus which brings out the sweetness and some mild acidity which helps the flavor pop. A bit too fruity for espresso for my liking but those notes really come through in the brewed methods. Great all around cup and awesome coffee with dessert as well.
